Mark is the founder of RendleLabs, which provides consulting services and workshops to .NET development teams across all industries. His particular obsessions are API design and development, performance, Observability and code-base modernisation. He also uses skills acquired during a few years as a professional stand-up comic to deliver entertaining and informative talks at conferences around the world, and recently learned to play bass so he could join tech parody band The LineBreakers.

I've been working as a .NET developer for over 16 years now in a variety of industries including government, retail and manufacturing. But I've been hacking around with computer code since I was old enough to read my Dad's copy of the ZX Spectrum BASIC coders manual. 

I've been speaking about Functional C# at various user groups and conferences around the UK, USA,  Europe and Australia and am particularly interested in seeing just how far we can push C# without breaking it.  

In 2023 I released my first technical book: "Functional Programming with C#", published by O'Reilly Media.  

When I'm not coding, or running after my two small children, I have been known to enjoy the classic series of Doctor Who, Fighting Fantasy Gamebooks, Cryptic Crosswords, and rather more coffee than is probably good for me.

Richard Campbell wrote his first line of code in 1977. His career has spanned the computing industry both on the hardware and software sides, development, and operations. He was a co-founder of Strangeloop Networks, acquired by Radware in 2013, and was on the board of directors of Telerik, which was acquired by Progress Software in 2014. Today, he is a consultant and advisor to a number of successful technology firms and is the founder and chairman of Humanitarian Toolbox (www.htbox.org), a public charity that builds open-source software for disaster relief. Richard also hosts three podcasts: .NET Rocks! (www.dotnetrocks.com) for .NET developers, RunAs Radio (www.runasradio.com) for IT Professionals, and Windows Weekly (https://twit.tv/shows/windows-weekly).

Phil is a developer relations engineer for DataStax and Google Developer Expert living in Melbourne, Australia. He loves working with JavaScript, TypeScript or Ruby to build web applications and tools to help developers. He once helped build a website that captured the world's favourite sandwich fillings. He has too many GitHub repositories.

Away from the keyboard, Phil listens to ska punk, hangs out with his miniature dachshund (also called Ruby), and is on a mission to discover the world's best beers.

Dylan Beattie is an independent consultant who has been building data-driven web applications since the 1990s. He’s managed teams, taught workshops, and worked on everything from tiny standalone websites to complex distributed systems. He’s a Microsoft MVP, and he regularly speaks at conferences and user groups all over the world.

Gregor is known as co-author of the seminal book Enterprise Integration Patterns, which provided the reference vocabulary for all modern ESBs. His book The Software Architect Elevator tells stories from the trenches of IT transformation while his articles have been featured in Best Software Writing by Joel Spolsky and 97 Things Every Software Architect Should Know. He is an active member of the IEEE Software advisory board.

Adele is a software engineer at Trifork Amsterdam, where she is working on backend systems for the educational sector. Most of her work day is spent in the JVM/Spring ecosystems. Adele got the coding bug later in life but since then has been making up for lost time, going from command line noob to employed software engineer in just one year. Her experiences both in and out of tech have given her a unique perspective on the art of programming together with humans, which she hopes is useful to other humans who program with humans.

Andrew Murphy started his career as a Software Engineer but, after a decade in technology leadership, he decided to focus on teaching the skills that he learnt the hard way. When he moved into leadership there was no support, so he had to make all the mistakes (a lot of them!) and learn from them.

His goal is now to make sure that tech leaders don’t have to do things the hard way by providing them with the mindsets and skillsets that can make them happy, confident and effective leaders.

His company, Tech Leaders Launchpad, currently focuses specifically on the new and emerging leader space, as that's the place we can have the biggest impact on the students, and the industry.

Rowdy Rabouw is a Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies with over 25 years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Currently, he is a Front-End Focused Senior DevOps Engineer working on Vue.js and Node.js projects with special attention to usability and accessibility. Aldan is a Fulbright Student, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. He studied Computer Science in Spain, France, and Switzerland, graduating as valedictorian. He has completed four internships and been a Google Summer of Code contributor for Django. He received a public grant to undertake research on Natural Language Processing, and has been recognized for leadership and academic excellence through several awards. He is also the founder of 3 associations and contributes to open source. Currently, he is employed as a Technology Research Specialist working on Knowledge Graphs and Natural Language Processing in Accenture Labs.

I am Adam Furmanek, and I am a professional software engineer with over a decade of experience. In my career, I worked with all layers of the software engineering and multiple types of applications, including logistics, e-commerce, machine learning, data analysis, and database management. I am always interested in digging deeper, exploring machine code, and going through implementation details to better understand the internals of the technologies I use every day. That's why I like debugging, decompiling and disassembling the code to understand memory models, concurrency problems and other details hidden deeply inside. Espen is a developer and architect with over 25 years of experience. He has worked on everything from embedded systems, electronics and games to large scale cloud applications. He is as full-stack as they come. Espen started coding at age six on a C64, and has been cranking out software ever since. 

He served as the principal architect, tech lead and lead security 
engineer on the compensation scheme for Covid-19 suffering 
businesses released by the Norwegian government. 

Espen was the Senior VP of Technology Exploration for DNB in San Fransisco and is currently doing technology and security research in DNB NewTechLab.

Pete Gallagher is a Full-Stack Manager at Avanade UK, a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Azure MVP, Pluralsight Author, experienced public speaker and Meetup organiser. 

He has been creating software for decades and is happy programming in just about any language. 

Pete has been involved in a wide span of tech in his many years of industry experience, including IoT Projects for; Royal Mail Stamp Vending before there was such a thing as modern IoT, Building Monitoring Systems, Internet Connected Self Service Kiosks, Wildlife Protection and Ecology in Africa and much more.

He has presented internationally on a wide variety of IoT Topics, including the Azure IoT Stack, AI, Robotics, .NET, DevOps, Amazon Alexa, Particle Photon, Arduino etc etc.

Pete helped create the Microsoft AZ220 IoT Developer certification and also has created Pluralsight content to help learners pass the exam. 

Pete also organises​ Notts IoT, co-organises Dot Net Notts, Notts Dev Workshop, sits on the Board of LATi, a Loughborough based Advanced Technology networking group, co-organises the Azureish Twitch channel, co-hosts IoTeaLive and is a co-host of the Agile Engineering Podcast. 

He is also an active STEM Ambassador and is passionate about making STEM subjects accessible to all ages.

Bartosz Konieczny is a freelance data engineer enthusiast who has been coding for 15+ years. He has held various senior hands-on positions that helped him work on many data engineering problems in batch and stream processing, such as sessionization, data ingestion, data cleansing, ordered data processing, or data migration. He enjoys solving data challenges with public cloud services and Open Source technologies, especially Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, and Delta Lake. Poornima is a .Net developer with over 10 years of experience in .Net and Umbraco. She is passionate about learning new technologies and keeping herself up-to-date with the latest developments in technology. Outside her work, Poornima enjoys music and is undergoing training in Indian Classical music. Based in Langley, UK she mothers a little girl and spends her spare time reading, cooking and watching movies.

My name is Natalie. I'm a Staff Cloud Engineer, who also enjoys working on building and automating various tools that help the development teams be more productive and happy. What motivates me at work is the fast pace, team orientation, and creative environment, always new challenges. I'm passionate about helping make infrastructure more accessible. Michael Kaufmann is a Microsoft MVP and Regional Director and the CEO of Xpirit Germany. Mike has been working as a .net developer and architect for more than 20 years. In addition to implementing agile techniques (like scrum), ALM and DevOps practices, he is an Azure architect and a Clean Code addict. He shares his knowledge in books, trainings, his blog, articles and as a speaker and keynote speaker at international conferences.

Michael is a member of the GraphQL technical steering committee, a Microsoft MVP, and the author of the Hot Chocolate project (https://github.com/ChilliCream/hotchocolate), a platform for building GraphQL servers and clients in .NET. Being a strong believer in the importance of communities he tries to share knowledge wherever he can, be it on Twitter, at a user group or conference. He has spoken on many international conferences such as NDC Oslo, NDC Sydney, NDC London, Swetugg, Build Stuff, DotNext.

Laila Bougria is a Solutions Architect and Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Microsoft .NET space. She's a keynote speaker, a Microsoft Azure MVP, and frequently shares her knowledge and insights at conferences worldwide. Currently, Laila is busy building NServiceBus at Particular Software and solving distributed riddles. Chris Klug is a developer badass-as-a-service that either creates or solves problems depending on who you ask. He loves creating and building things. Whether it be a new application, a new kitchen or a new RC helicopter, you will see him building things all the time. Most of the time, that means writing code and solving problems for clients at a company called Active Solution in Stockholm though. Except for the many days he spends at conferences and usergroups, talking about doing things he is passionate about, and for the days he goes mountain biking, IPSC shooting, kiteboarding or RC helicopter flying.

Ignat is a systems engineer at Cloudflare working mostly on Linux, platforms and hardware security. Ignat’s interests are cryptography, hacking, and low-level programming. Before Cloudflare, Ignat worked as a senior security engineer for Samsung Electronics’ Mobile Communications Division. His solutions may be found in many older Samsung smart phones and tablets. Ignat started his career as a security researcher in the Ukrainian government’s communications services.

Dan Mallott is the Head of Platform and Infrastructure at e-conomic in Copenhagen, Denmark. His passion is for distributed architecture, designing and building high performing service layers from the API down to the database.

As Head of Platform and Infrastructure, Dan is responsible for leading the Platform, SRE, and API teams in building a solid foundation for the e-conomic product. Previously, Dan was focused on leading the Platform Team in improving the cross-cutting concerns in the e-conomic application, including improving security, improving messaging performance, and managing the migration to .NET 6.0.

Before joining e-conomic, Dan was a Senior Principal for West Monroe, based in Chicago, IL, USA. While at West Monroe, Dan's projects included designing high performing architectures for a variety of clients, as well as developing APIs and UIs for healthcare, insurance, and financial services clients. Along the way, Dan worked with .NET Framework, .NET Core, Java/Spring Boot, React, and Angular. He also gained experience with a number of database technologies, including DataStax, Cassandra, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. Prior to joining West Monroe, Dan worked for a number of companies, focusing on .NET and Microsoft SQL Server development, including experience as a DBA.

He has published more than 20 academic papers about several cloud security domains and was a contributing author in the first O'Reilly book on Security Chaos Engineering. Andrei is the Open Source Dev Leader at Komodor, a startup building the next-gen troubleshooting platform for Kubernetes. With over 20 years of experience in the dev space, Andrei is known as the founder of JMeter-Plugins.org, an open source project which he led to its undisputed status as the premier source of JMeter plugins in the world. He’s also an avid speaker who loves talking about Open Source (could you have guessed?!), performance testing, all things automation, and his favorite programming languages Python, Golang and Java. Prior to Komodor, Andrei was the Co-founder of Up9 and before that the Open Source Evangelist at BlazeMeter.com.

Daniel is a software consultant at Lean TECHniques who helps teams deliver high quality software. He works with teams to adopt various agile and lean practices, such as effective CI/CD, automated testing, and product management. With experience in developing software and consulting teams across several industries including financial, retail, and agriculture, he has fulfilled roles including technical coach, agile coach, tech lead, with a primary background as a software developer. He finds fulfillment in his work by working with others to understand their individual problems and working together to improve their products and professional enjoyment. The .NET ecosystem is where he is most comfortable and finds the most enjoyment.

He also enjoys playing piano, swing dancing, and his own personal programming projects in his free time, including game development, for which he has a company called Nightcap Games that he has released one game under. 

Mey is a Senior Platform Engineer and a public speaker who brings Star Wars geekery to everything she does. As a Backend Developer, Mey has developed in multiple programming languages, including Nodejs, Java, Python, Groovy, and her favorite, Clojure. Today Mey is a senior platform engineer at Forter, leading the complex migration of 400+ services to Kubernetes. 
When she is not spending her weekends coding games or speaking at tech conferences, she experiments with algorithms or playing Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo Switch.

Kent Beck is an American software engineer and the creator of Extreme Programming, a software development methodology that eschews rigid formal specification for a safely social development process. Beck was one of the 17 original signatories of the Agile Manifesto.
Beck pioneered Test-Driven Development, it's successor TCR: Test && Commit || Revert, software design patterns, and 3X: Explore/Expand/Extract. He wrote the SUnit unit testing framework for Smalltalk, which spawned the xUnit series of frameworks, notably JUnit for Java, which Beck wrote with Erich Gamma. Beck popularized CRC cards with Ward Cunningham, the inventor of the wiki.

Jessica is a Distinguished Architect and Head of Architecture at NewDay, a five times Microsoft MVP in Developer Technologies, an international speaker and a mentor.

Through her career Jessica has worked at a range of size and complexities of tech companies. A common theme is improving the maintainability and stability of systems; while also ensuring they are compliant and pass the various audits they are subject to.
