How Product Manufacturing Can Teach us to Write Better Software

In this talk, we will look how the manufacturing industries can influence how we develop software. We will start off by looking at the history of Ford and Toyota and how the Lean manufacturing processes were developed.

• Optimize the Whole

We will then look at the difference between Lean Software Development and Agile methodologies like Scrum and how we can get the best of both with Kanban.

The talk would be aimed at software developers who are keen to look at different ways to efficiently develop software.
