When will I receive my ticket?
You will receive a ticket confirmation from Eventbrite after you've booked your ticket. Show this confirmation to the event staff in the registration area at NDC Porto 2020, and you will be handed your conference badge.
How do I book the workshop that I want to attend?
You select which workshop you want to attend when you purchase your ticket.
A workshop registration email will be sent out 3-4 weeks prior to the event to people that have not yet selected workshops.
What is included in my ticket?
Access to sessions, expo area, lunch, refreshments and evening mingle.
Is food included in the ticket?
Yes, plenty of food will be available for attendees. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
What hotel is included in my conference + hotel package?
Delegates who has purchased conference ticket + hotel package will be staying at the Conrad London St. James. A separate hotel booking confirmation will be sent within 10-15 business days after your Eventbrite booking.
Check-in & Check-out dates for the hotel packages:
- All Access Pass with Hotel: Check-in: Monday 20 April // Check-out: Friday 24 April.
- 2 Day Workshop Pass with Hotel: Check-in: Monday 20 April // Check-out: Wednesday 22 April.
- 2 Day Conference Pass with Hotel: Check-in: Wednesday 22 April // Check-out: Friday 24 April.
Can I submit to speak at NDC Porto 2020?
Yes! The Call For Papers will close 1 January. Submit now.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, all of our sessions are recorded and will be made public at our YouTube channel 3-4 weeks after the conference.
