NDC Conferences reserves the right to make changes to the agenda at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the program will be noted on our website and delegates should check regularly for updates.


You have the right to cancel your purchase of tickets within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days the following terms apply:

Cancellations a minimum of 60 days prior to the event: 50% of the ticket price is refundable.

Cancellations a minimum of 30 days prior to the event: 25% of the ticket price is refundable.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

If the conference is canceled or postponed, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next in-person event. Alternatively, attendees can opt for a full refund.

Clifford Agius, Freelance .NET Developer and also blogs from time to time, is currently a three-time Developer Technologies & IoT MVP, specialising in Xamarin/.NET MAUI and IoT. By day, an airline pilot flying Airbus A320 aircraft around Europe and when not doing that, Clifford freelances as a .NET developer. An active member of the .NET community, he is a regular speaker at conferences and meet-ups around the world.

Clifford graduated as an engineer from the Ford Technical Training Centre in 1995. After 11 years as an electrical/mechanical engineer working with Robotics and PLC Programming, he trained to become an Airline Pilot in 2001. Clifford became a Microsoft Valued Professional (MVP) in 2020.

Dylan Beattie is an independent consultant who has been building data-driven web applications since the 1990s. He’s managed teams, taught workshops, and worked on everything from tiny standalone websites to complex distributed systems. He’s a Microsoft MVP, and he regularly speaks at conferences and user groups all over the world.

Dylan is the creator of the Rockstar programming language, and the founder, vocalist and lead guitarist with The Linebreakers, the world's greatest nerd comedy classic rock disco alt punk covers band.

His online course platform offers a self-paced approach to learning about security. Philippe also actively helps shape OAuth 2.0 best practices as the co-author of the best practices for browser-based apps specification.

Blaize is a Microsoft Azure MVP and has been interested in software development since childhood and wrote his first software while still in high school. Since that time, Blaize has had broad experience in all things IT ranging from a network administrator to a software architect and everything in between.

Michelle Frost is an AI Advocate at JetBrains. With over a decade of engineering experience, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University, and is a Microsoft AI MVP. As an established AI and Machine Learning specialist, Michelle focuses on Responsible AI development. Her approach is grounded in creating AI that is fair, accountable, and transparent.

Michelle is also an active member and Tech Advisor to The Center for Practical Bioethics' Ethical AI Initiative. When not behind the screen, she can be found tending to her garden with her 100 lb pup Wilbur by her side.

I love technology, science, and math, and also writing, classical music, light, and movement. I mostly write rants, but since I have not been able to turn that into a paid job, I also write code and technical documentation. I started developing in middle school to automate my math homework, and never stopped ever since. My knack for teaching eventually got me into writing clear and pedagogical documentation for developers.

Kinga is a product leader, coach and the founder of productkind, where she co-creates valuable products and coaches product people. She is focused on driving positive societal change through impactful product development and amplifying diverse voices in tech. Her approach combines user-centered product development with inclusive leadership practices to build products that deliver both business and customer value.

Barbara Forbes is the Field CTO at OGD in the Netherlands. She is a Microsoft Azure MVP, MCT, and a GitHub Star. In her work Barbara aims to be the bridge between strategy, technology, education and development. Her focus includes the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, Generative AI, Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell and GitHub. Barbara loves teaching in an accessible manner; in person, as a teacher for LinkedIn Learning and as a regular speaker at conferences and user groups. Mish has worked in the technology space for the last decade and has a tonne of experience in developer advocacy, community management, marketing, and content creation. Mish has spoken at over 380 events on topics like AI, the future of work, communication, teamwork, and have given technical demos. She's a respected leader in the hackathon community, having won, organised, and mentored over 100 hackathons.

Mish is a successful entrepreneur and founder, having co-founded several companies – including an artificial intelligence company, and as a result, sits at the forefront of Melbourne’s science, tech, esports, and startup scenes. In her 'spare' time she’s a streamer, journalist, loves playing sports, and is always working on something exciting.

Barry (he/him/his) is a .NET Software Engineer who has been creating business solutions for enterprise customers for more than 30 years. Barry is also an Election Integrity Activist, baseball and hockey fan, husband of one genius and father of another, and a 30+ year resident of Phoenix Arizona USA. When Barry is not traveling around the world to speak at Conferences, Code Camps and User Groups or to participate in GiveCamps, he spends his days as a Solution Architect for Carvana and his nights thinking about the next Arizona GiveCamp, an annual event where software developers come together to build websites and apps for some great non-profit organizations.

Alan has held the MVP title since 2005, and is currently an AI MVP. He is in the organization team for the CloudBurst and AI Burst Conferences.

Layla is a Microsoft MVP, Progress Champion, 3 times GitHub Star, and former director on the board at the .NET Foundation.
She is the co-founder of November North, a micro-game studio, developing and producing a first-person stealth game code-named "HorroTown".
